HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was given the above printer but setup cartridges have dried out. I bought new ones but the printer will not set up. Error message sytates USE SETUP cartridges that came with printer

tty but the cartridge in question is 60 and that is not referenced in your reply.

Sorry  but HP60 is not included in the reply to my original query . so what should I do?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
