Hi,
What is your exact printer model?
Is the printer connected to the Mac with a USB cable or wirelessly?
Generally, only the wireless models (e.g. 107w) are compatible with Mac Computers using AirPrint, through a network connection only, a USB connection to a Mac computer is not supported for the printer.
