I have problems getting thermal printers to work with the HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa1008na.
I've now had the same problem with two different printers, so it cannot be the printers who are at fault. It simply won't print at all although troubleshooter can't find any fault.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
It could be a driver issue, hence you would still need to contact the Printer manufacturer for help on it.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

there is no driver issues and a whole list of common and uncommon printer issues have been tried, and none of them resolves the issue. two completely different printers both have driver issues? what are the odds; one in a million?
