Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP Easy Start 2.9.0.180

 

I'm trying to open the Easy Start Software After downloading and I get an error message "The file "hp.easy_start.app.zip.download doesn't appear to be a valid download file"

 

Any reason why?

Likely, the HP Easy Star app already exists within your Downloads folder and therefore fails to download again.

 

Open your Downloads folder from the Go menu and search for HP, then select Downloads at the top menu bar and select HP Easy Start within the search results.
