Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The keypad on the printer face does not work properly when I try to enter the modem password to reconnect to wifi. I got a new modem a couple days ago.

Could you elaborate more on what you mean some letters not working? Are you unable to get the Keypad to bring up Special Characters while entering the Password or some buttons on the Printer Keypad  not working when pressed?
