Setup has failed to complete tank printer installation. I have tried several days to get it to connect to my network which is working and cannot find or join my network vodaphone. Now my network is saying hp setup as network and not vodaphone. Any ideas . Tried help support but this did not continue and went back to the virtual help which could not help me with the problem.

Hi @Erin84,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're having a frustrating experience with setting up your tank printer. Let's try to troubleshoot this together:
Network Connectivity: Double-check that your Wi-Fi network (Vodafone) is functioning properly. Sometimes a simple router reset can resolve connectivity issues.
Printer Placement: Ensure that your printer is placed within the range of your Wi-Fi router. Thick walls or interference from other electronic devices can weaken the signal.
Printer Settings: Check if your printer is set to the correct network. You mentioned it's showing up as "hp setup" instead of Vodafone. You may need to reset the printer's network settings and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Network Security: Make sure your Wi-Fi network isn't configured to block new devices from connecting. You may need to temporarily disable any firewall or MAC address filtering settings on your router during the setup process.
Printer Firmware Update: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve connectivity issues and improve performance. Check the HP website for any available updates and follow the instructions to install them.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
