Hello, I’m having big problems with connecting my printer to the wifi. I have tried putting my printer next to the router upstairs and I have followed the instructions on the HP app by connecting to the WiFi on my phone, making sure the printer software is on the wifi, putting on my location and Bluetooth on my phone but when I load the phone to the printer it comes up no printer is found. I have also changed the wifi connection as we have 2 different routers but still not connected the phone to the printer. The light on the printer is not flashing, the set up was done correctly but still not is connected. 

please help me?
