Hello! I have recently been trying to use my printer and every print job will send but all pages come out blank. Computer is out of warranty, so I have been struggling to get help. We had this printer for over two years before setting it up.... not sure if that's related to the problem.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the non-printing issue on your HP Envy 5661 printer.

When you print a test page as shown in step 9 is the print blank?  If so,  please remove the cartridge and make sure the clear protective tape has been removed from the cartridge.  Gently blot the printhead nozzles against a damp tissue.  A good color cartridge will show a strong blot of cyan, magenta and yellow, the black cartridge should show a strong blot of black.  If this is not the case I would suggest soaking the cartridges as described here: get two teacups and put 1" of very hot (but not boiling) water in each.  Take the color cartridge and put it nozzles down (in the same orientation they would be in the printer) in the water.. and put the black cartridge in the other cup. Let them soak for fifteen minutes, then remove the cartridges and carefully dry the electrical contacts with a lint-free wipe.  Put the cartridges back in the printer and try steps 9-11 in the document above.  If the cartridges now print properly continue with the alignment process.

If the cartridges were just recently opened (not opened two years ago...) you should be able to recover them.  If the cartridges still will not print they will need to be replaced.
