HP Recommended

At startup on my PC, a notification popup is displayed indicating that a newer printer driver is available. When I click "yes" to install the driver, HP Smart launches but then always fails to successfully install any driver.

How do I get the notification to stop being displayed?

HP Recommended

You can ignore update if your printer working good. It can be glitch or technical issue. To disable notification:

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to the Startup apps tab (or Startup tab Icon shown in windows 11), find HP Smart app or any other hp software, right-click it, and select Disable. Restart your PC to confirm it no longer launches automatically.
