HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e All-in-One Printer

I spoke to the HP support guy and he does not have a solution to my OCR problem. In the end I would have to look for other applications to assist me in this. HP Smart is not so smart after all. 

 

I would think that HP would support both Mac and Windows users.

Unfortunately this appears to NOT be the case. 

 

Sadly, I would have to opt for other brands that are more supportive of Mac users in the future, and would advise Mac users to consider such brands.
