I have a new wireless gateway from T Mobile 5G and I am having trouble hooking up my printer.  In the past there have been issues with other routers/gateways but they always resolved.  Now I am having problems.  Both the computer and the printer are on the same network. The password is correct. I get 5 bars when I check the wireless status.  However, I cannot check the "Network" settings as they are "locked" by the system administrator, which is myself. I have tried numerous times to remove the printer, uninstall the printer, reinstall the printer, & used the wizard to set it up. The printer says it is connected; the computer says the printer is installed. and occasionally says it's connected to the printer.  But it won't print! Any ideas. I also reinstalled the updated driver a few times.  Suggestions??

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
