Hello there,

 

I've just put my HP 9022e Office Jet Pro printer into service, and I have a problem. The printer is connected to the internet (have tried both Ethernet and Wi-Fi), it prints and scans fine.

 

The printer automatically tries to update itself and fails to download the software, then asks whether it should try again or quit. Trying again doesn't work, and quitting makes it restart which is a bit annoying.

 

Another symptom which may be linked to the main issue : the web services info page doesn't print. The web interface works, but no printing occurs (again, the printer prints just fine when asked to, it just doesn't print that page). Also, no printer e-mail address appears for that printer on my HP Smart account page.

 

Thanks in advance for any help !

Same problem here, even installing the newest available firmware (MANHHIPP1N005.2129A.00) didn't solve the problem.

This is absolutly nerve wracking. trying to fix this issue for some months and thinking about returning the printer and purchasing a printer from a different vendor.
