Desperate to find solution for printing mixed page sizes within a single PDF.

The current solution for all notaries doing loan signings is to use windows , I’m diehard Mac,  because the only app out there that does this doesn’t work on Mac.  And, Brother for printing, decidedly NOT HP.

I’m resigned that having to buy a windows machine is regrettably in my future.  But that also means that HP is  useless and a Brother machine will replace my year old HP.

SO, surely HP has internal controls that allow users this ability to print by page size.

Using my office Jet pro , I must spend about 2 hours (or more) printing about 150 pages in duplicate , 300 pages, and maintaining stacking order.

ENORMOUS waste of valuable time.

This same bit of work would take less than 30 minutes using windows and Brother.

Hoping this space has a brainiac that knows a solution.

Thanks!

@12092020, Welcome to HP Support Community!

No, you cannot print mixed page sizes at one go. You will have to print them separately.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
