Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Office Jet Pro 7720 wide format all in one series always seems to print a black line on the right  edge of the paper.

This is a brand new printer purchased yesterday.

I am partially sighted and need an easy fix please!

Any solution for that problem?

This happens both when printing A4 and A3? 

How does it copy?

Internal print reports page how are those printed?

Hello ,Valsimot,

So far I have only printed on A4 as I have no A3 paper.

On A4 paper for one sided printing there is no line on the right hand side.

On A4 paper for two sided printing on the front page the line is on the right hand side, and then for the second side the line is on the left hand side.

With regard to copies both single and two sided copying printed without the lines

The printer reports all printed with no lines

Go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers  and install the latest driver from HP.

 

Do not use drivers that are automatically installed by Microsoft, they are no good.

Hello Valsimot 

When I go to this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers it tells me what product I have  HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer.

The link then takes me to https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-7720-wide-format-all-in-one-printe...

When you press install this then take me to https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/hp-smart/9WZDNCRFHWLH?hl=en-gb&gl=gb. HP Smart is installed on my laptop  from the Microsoft site.

Can you email me all the relevant HP Software please? [Personal Information Removed]

Will i need to remove the  software that is currently installed ?

I am partially sighted so need all the help i can get please. Thank you

From the download link download drivers, not HP Smart and install those

Your screen shot indicates Version 44.11.2778 Aug 31 2022, but your website has downloaded HPEasyStart Vesion 14_5_6.

Which one is correct ?

if Version 44.11.2778 can you email me a copy.

Do i need to uninstall the other software ?
