Product: OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I notice an archived message on this subject, but, the answer was sent by email. I would like to reset my OfficeJet 4650 as their might be lingering errors in the drivers or setup.

@Hubster27, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you would like to restore the printer to its factory settings.

 

On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Tools > Restore factory defaults.

This will clear all the settings on the printer.
