OfficeJet 6600 - Missing SETUP Cartridge

The machine is over a decade old and so the SETUP cartridges have long since disappeared. How do I get past the setup screen?

1. Could you please let us know if the printer was being used before for printing purpose?

2. If the cartridges were replaced in the recent time?

3. Could you please send us an image of the error that you see on the printer?

Hello!

There is no error screen, it’s just stuck on this one where it says to put in the cartridges from the box it came in, but as the printer is over a decade old both the box and those cartridges are long gone. It was used for printing before too. 

I saw it mentioned that you need those specific cartridges which I do not have.
