Product: HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer - E910a

Hi, I am using an OfficeJet 7500A printer and have updated my Mac to 15.1.1 Sequoia. Unfortunately, the HP Easy Start app cannot find any software for it. Can someone help me? Kind regards, Zinza

I could solve the issue already, by following the advice of HP support team.

In the end, we couldn't figure out the cause...
