Product: OfficeJet 7612
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed the HP Software onto my new laptop for my OfficeJet 7612.  However, the utilities for the Scan part of the printer are not showing up, only those relating to printing.  Can anyone please tell me how to get the scan utilities showing please?  Without these I cannot scan - the printer does not find my laptop, although the laptop can print to the printer.

 

I am running Windows 10 (64 bit).

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-7610-wide-format-e-all-in-on...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
