Hello

 

I also have this problem since 2 weeks.

Also when I try to configure the auto update function, to cancel this update (printer update options) it says that this option is "blocked by the admin". I cannot change this. Very strange because I never set an admin account on this printer.

 

Can you help me?

Having worked for HP/HPE for over 20 years I really would have thought this would have been resolved by now.  TO HP TECH: Does this have a fix/build number? This isn't a small issue to be bundled into a bigger patch, this is an immediate issue. Downgrade the FW if necessary as the issue is bigger than any fix it was meant to fix!!!!
