My OfficeJet 8730 is in SecurityLock

Admin PW could not be resettet

I need Admin Unlock Reset please

 

The "Encryption Credentials have expired"-troubleshooting does not work because all buttons in EWS are "locked by administrator".

I am the owner and administrator but something went wrong with resetting the PW.

I put my printer into another LAN-network and wanted to reset parameters in my new home but then something went wrong.

 

I need help and an admin unlock reset, please.

 

Can anybody help?

This "Encryption Credentials - troubleshooting steps" did not work.

 

In EWS all buttons are "locked by administrator". So I can't get to "advanced settings"

 

I am afraid I will need an administrator unlock reset
