Hello,

I keep getting this blue screen error when I try to scan: B8093B62.
I've reset to factory settings, reinstalled it, no help, has anyone seen this B. screen message?

Hi @sedonD ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like the error code "B8093B62" is specific to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-In-One Printer. Blue screen errors on printers are not very common, and they can be frustrating to deal with.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for firmware updates on the HP support website.

Driver Update: Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website.

Connection Issues: Check the connection between your computer and the printer. Ensure that the USB or network cables are securely connected. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the correct network.

Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicting software or drivers on your computer that might be causing the blue screen error. Disable any unnecessary background applications or antivirus software temporarily to see if the issue persists.

Update Operating System: Ensure that your computer's operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, compatibility issues between the printer and the operating system can cause errors.

Check for Paper Jams: Even if the error doesn't explicitly mention paper jams, check for any paper jams or obstructions within the printer. Clearing any physical blockages might resolve the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
