OfficeJet Pro 9020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everybody,

I have a new Officejet Pro 9020.
Operating system is Win10 Pro.
The 9020 is connected via WLAN.

If I want to scan a document using the control panel on the 9020 (scan to computer), the scan only starts when I am next to my PC and then make a selection in a pop-up window "WSD scan service" (see screenshot). - Once I have selected (e.g. scanning), the scan is safed regularly by Windows itself.

It is currently not possible to make a series of scans (e.g. several book pages in a row), because I have to switch between the PC and 9020 to make the WSD selection again and again.

What do i have to do that the PC just saves the scans without asking everytime? - This way it is not working for me.

Many thanks, best regards

Hi,

Thank You for contacting HP.

You need to install the full feature printer software and then you will be able to scan multiple pages from the printer control panel.

Please download the printer drivers from the below link and install.

Once the software is installed, try scanning from the front panel and check the results.

In the front panel, you need to select correct computer name.
