OfficeJet Premium 6700 printer download Full Feature Program

I've tried to download the Full Feature Program on the Hp OfficeJet 6700 but only the Basic Features are downloaded.  How do I get the Full Feature to download.

Greetings and Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

Let's try these steps -

1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
2) Look for HP Printer software. 
3) Right-click to uninstall. 
4) In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”. 
5) In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”. 
6) Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.  
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”). 
8) Click on the "Drivers" tab. 
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom. 
10) Select Ok. 
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows. 
12) Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed. 
13) Restart the computer. 
14) Download and install the software and drivers from here.

I've followed your instructions and the Basic Software is still being downloaded.  There must be a glich in the program to only let the Basic software download.  Thanks for all of your assistance.  The printer works fine with the Basic software.  I was just curious to see what the difference is between the Full Feature Software and the Basice Software.

Hi there. Are you getting a notification that a basic driver is getting installed? Can you send us a picture of the printer assistant screen? 

The full feature driver is named as OJ6700_1315-1.exe whereas the basic driver is OJ6700_Basicx64_1315.exe

Here's a video explaining the difference between the basic and full feature driver.
