Product: HP OfficeJet 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

OfficeJet Printer 8710 no longer prints from Win XP after printer update - The HP 8710 had been working just fine printing from various computers, one was still Win XP (32 bit). The printer downloaded and installed an update just last week, and now the printer will no longer print from the XP machine. Is there any way to roll back the software update on the printer itself so that I can again print from the XP machine?
