Hi,
My printer is failing to update it's software. The software download status goes to 100% but then reports "The printer update could not be downloaded. Touch Retry to start the download again. Touch OK to exit". If I touch retry, the download is stuck at 00%. Consequently, the printer cannot print. I have to manually exit the update process to get it to print. This happens every day. I can't disable auto updates because I use the print subscription. I have swapped dhcp to static IP and disabled/re-enabled web services. None of these changes have had any effect. This is a really frustrating issue, I simply can't keep resetting the printer every time I want to print a document. Please can you assist.
