I made my first post on this issue on last December, 5th and i'm still unable to use my printer

My US printer is not accepting EU original cartridges, so a region change is needed.

Win 10 64bit

HP Smart 150.1.1140.0

Printer is connected via USB cable

If I click on the ink levels, all I come up with is an advertising about the "instant ink" service.

Needless to say, fom th3 above screen i am unable to access the region change procedure (by pressing CTRL + Shift and right clicking to the right of the picture).

 

I would really be surprised upon receiveing a non-automated reply to this message.

Please help, this is becoming really annoying and taking way too long to solve.
