OK im getting frustrated here, i have this printer now for few years but i forgot its admin passwort and i need to factory reset, only found out how to reset the network and that wasnt helpfull. i cant contact the hp support because the serialnumber (CN3ACEVGZZ0----) isnt accepted by hp for whatever reason. so i cant contact hp directly. does anyone know how to factory reset this printer? i need the admin tools back
