Product: OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Using new Macbook Air, macOS 10.14 (had Macbook Pro and these options worked on that computer).  Trying to use the option "Scan to Computer."  Notification says to "Open HP Utility."  I don't have the software and can't find it.  Installed HP Easy Scan, which doesn't show my computer and has absolutely no options...extremely unhelpful.  Assuming I need the "HP UTILITY" Software...is that correct?  If yes, where can I find it?  THANK YOU for your help!
