I am attempting to install a printer driver and it will not load.  Any ideas on how to get this driver identified and loaded?

This suggested solution would not work.  The problem continues and drivers will not load.  Thanks for your suggestion.

Ok, if that doesn't work then try with HP Easy Start software:
