Our home office business printer, the OfficeJet Pro 9020 all-in-one, suddenly shows Printer Offline for the Mac and PC users within the home. Mind you, it has been working for everyone for the past few months at least so it was a surprise when everyone found they could no longer printer wirelessly anymore. Multiple attempts have been made to uninstall and reinstall printer drivers and software, update PC softwares, double check and reconnect Wifi connections for both computer and printer (they are both connected to the same network!), restart computer and printer, as well as follow software fix-it tools (e.g. HP Print and Scan Doctor, HP Virtual Chat) to troubleshoot the issue with the printer. It is very odd and frustrating.
