Trying to install this printer. ALL possible "automatic" setup applications have failed to set it up. I will detail my experience thus far in a separate post, but what I need right now is to manually download just the drivers for this printer. Looking through these posts, many suggest downloading the FULL driver set from HP, but I do not see a DRIVER file on my product page. Just some EXE files.

What download do I need to put the drivers themselves on my hard drive so that I can manually install the printer. I can worry about getting it connected to WiFi later.

Is this what I need? Will it let me select a location to SAVE the driver files?

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

This is the correct webpack to download.

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-9120e-all-in-one-series/model/210142...

Run the .exe file and it will download the rest of the drivers for Print and Scan.

Foe more resources on this printer:

Hope that helps!
