I opted for the All In program a month ago and was sent this printer. Yesterday it began displaying critical system errors such as C7.02.11.0B. The printer would reboot and redisplay the message. Support had me unplug the power cord and reconnect it. Now the printer is in an infinite loop attempting to reboot. I am told other customers have reported the problem and that HP is "working on it" but could not provide an ETA on resolution. Since I am an "All In" customer I requested that I be sent a replacement printer in the meantime but that request was rejected. Any insight to this issue is appreciated.
