HP Recommended

The HP website tells me that I can update my firmware to allow third party ink, however, the methods shown, both for using the App or directly from the printer, do not correspond to the information my printer provides - by that I mean that I can find no 'tools' icon on the printer and, in the advanced settings in the app there is no firmware upgrade option.

has anyone any suggestions please|?
