OfficeJet4650-2nd hand setup problem

Thanks in advance.

I got a second hand printer, tried to setup but I can’t even setup.

I googled for a couple of hours now, I think  a previous owner had an issue with InstaInk. 
How can I get rid of his information and register this printer under my name?

 

I press HP ePrint 

then press setup

Then terms of use-Accept

then message comes up that Setup Unsuccessful

 

please help.

  • Are you trying to set up HP ePrint?
  • Are you able to make a copy?
  • Are you able to print from your computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

here's the answer of your questions,

 

  • Are you trying to set up HP ePrint? - No.
  • Are you able to make a copy? - Yes.
  • Are you able to print from your computer? only from Quick Forms, not from the computer.
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting? Yes.

 

I can't even set it up.

Hi, 

I set up the computer, and able to print out now. But it's only after I put the regular inks.
Now my question is how can I sign up HP e-Print with this printer?
