Product: HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer

I am trying to connect (install) my laptop running windows 10 to my hp officejet 4632.  My printer has connected to the wifi and will print a test page.  I have downloaded the drivers and attempted to find the printer but it can not find my printer.  I also uninstalled everything, turned printer and computer off, rebooted my router, turned all back on, connected my printer to wifi, reinstalled the printers and still am not successful.  Tried the virtual assistant but it did not help.  Can't find a number to call to talk to a real person.  Please help.
