Hello,

I have taken out the Inkhead on my Officejet 6600. I keep getting an error message that the Inkhead has failed and has an error.

After checking everything thoroughly, I am ready to put it back together to see if it works, I have a white ribbon, with two blue endcaps. I do not know where it goes. Can someone help me?
