Hello im having problems with my new ink cartridges! I bought an office depot brand 94 & 95 yesterday & i've tried a lot of things but nothing seems to be working. Looks like the 95 is working fine but the 94 is the one giving me issues. It keeps telling me an error message that says “Remove and check cartridge on right” i’ve cleaned them, reset the printer & everything i could find on the internet that would “fix” the problem. Well now im here because its still not working. Can someone please help me with this issue? I really don't want to go purchase an HP brand ink cartridge if there’s something i could do like maybe bypass it? idk.

Thank you

If you return your old empty 94 cartridge are you having the same Remove and check cartridge message or not?

    Spoiler
If i put the old 94 cartridge back it works fine but the ink is dried up since this printer was given to me. Thats why i bought a new one but i bought the office depot brand. The last 94 was an HP brand. Im thinking it has to do with it being an office depot brand? idk, i’ve read that there’s ways around it on the community comments but HP support has yet to contact me with instructions. Hopefully you can help!

The good part is that your printer is fine, it recognises old ink cartridge without error.

The less good part is that your newly purchased 94 cartridge is defective and needs to be returned and replaced with working one.
