Product: Officejet 8035e
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I was advised by HP to buy a HP Officejet 8035e to replace a broken 4635 All-In-One.  I just tried to set it up; message says does not support my OS...Actually Mac Big Sur 11.2.  My previous machine  Officejet 6210 All-in-One Printer would not support Catalina!   This seems to be a chronic issue with HP, to support Mac users and provide a phone number for support.
