We recently changed to a different wireless network and now my printer isn't able to connect. I have restored the defaults, checked the passwords, etc. The wireless set up will not work and when I print the test results it says "No Filtering...FAIL"...all else is good.
What do I do?
Thank you.

I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Restore the printer to the original network settings
1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup.
2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
3. Touch OK.
4. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
Try connecting the printer back to the network.

Thank you but it didn't work. I did each step but it refuses to connect to my wireless network. The test results page that printed out did the say the following at the top for SOLUTION but I don't understand what it means so perhaps you can walk me through the solution it is suggesting:
IF MAC ADDRESS FILTERING IS ENABLED AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT ENABLED YOU MUST ADD THE MAC ADDRESS OF YOUR PRINTER (AVAIL IN THIS TEST REPORT) TO THE LIST OF PERMITTED DEVICES FOR YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER BEFORE CONTINUING.
How do I do this?
Thank you
