Product: How Officejet 5744
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently acquired a used HP Officejet 5744 that worked well I the begining. Now I am not interested in wireless or Bluetooth, just plain ol usb plug in. I now can not print at all and just get a message saying I have to update my HP Instant Ink. I'm guessing the previous owner set up and account. I just want to print. I uninstalled it and reinstalled with no luck. Suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

To better assist you - Are you still using the Instant Ink cartridges? If yes, please replace them with the regular ink cartridges.
