Unfortunately, I have the same issue. Followed all steps to uninstall and reinstall. I ran diagnostics and all is fine. Test print does not work and other documents sit in queue in error state. There is a problem with Windows 10 and the printer or port. The settings in control panel show error 45 printer is no connected.  Please advise!

@Mstetzer, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.

This printer supports only 2.4GHz network.

 

Check the estimated ink levels

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink Level Indicator icon . The control panel displays estimated ink levels.

Replace any low or empty cartridges

 

Clean the printhead

  1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

  2. Open the Printer Maintenance menu.

  3. If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead.

    A test page prints. If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.

If the issue persists, perform step 9 from this document

 

Once the printer is able to make a copy or print test pages, we can troubleshoot on the driver installed on the PC
