HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello, I bought the printer in Canada and now moved to Mexico where I bought replacement cartridges 954 that are not compatible with the NA regional settings. 

I read multiple threads on this subject so understand the process involved. I already installed HP Smart on my Win 11 laptop and connected the printer via USB cable.

Can you please help with the regional reset codes ?

@FedericoJ, Welcome to HP Support Community!  

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on thislink.  

 

Keep me posted.
