Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently my Officejet pro 8030 would print, copy and scan. Now when I try to sc an from my computer Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 24H2 build. I get the message the scanner cannot be detected. Is this a driver update issue or something else, if so what?

Try to install scanner driver with the next software:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8030/HPEasyStart-13.4.8-OJP8030_49_10_4647_1_W...

Following the instructions in the download seemed to solve the problem. However, when initiated the installation, it got to the point when it said it was installing the app but it didn't show the progress or acknowledge that it was finished. I waited a bit turned the computer off, restarted, and then was able to scan. So it seems all is correct.
