Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am needing to find drivers for an OfficeJet Pro 8035e that do not require an online account.  The printer is connected to a secure computer that has most internet access blocked, so we can't login to an HP account from it.  I know drivers are still available for many models that will install without requiring an online account, but can't find them for this model.  Does anyone know if they are available?

You will not be able to use that printer model without an internet connection and account because that is an HP+ printer.
