Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

I use an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, with a DoubleSided printing option installed.

For the last ~6 years, I was able to check the «print double sided» option in the MacOS print dialog. 

Since the last update to MacOS Ventura 13.1, this option is greyed out.

 

There's no option in the macOS printer setup to enable or disable this feature.

Obviously, this issue was not detected in the beta testing period of MacOS Ventura. Maybe you didn't realise there's a new OS, since this option is still not available in the HP support section Operating System options dialog. 

 

Can you please post a hot fix manual and fix this issue permanently?
