Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

The reason for being on HP Community support is I'm trying to change my Internet Provider but all my settings on my Printer says it is locked either by ME or the Administrator (which I would be the Administrator) and I'm unable to change my wireless internet source.  I have researched multiple sources like HP Utility, that shows a Lock on Device Administration,  with no luck. Now I'm reaching out to HP Community for Help. My Warranty has expired for a few years.
