Hi, I have spent over 10 hours trying to figure out how to download the firmware updates. I have followed the instructions provided via an online agent and continue to be successful. I am BEYOND frustrated and have spent $300 on being HP cartilage that doesn't work. I need help with firmware updates.

If you need to update firmware you can download from next HP Support page:

Hi, FerRx. Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, this still did not work. I follow all the steps and get to the selection to "select" the printer and to do the update and it does not allow me to select my printer. I have tried multiple times and no luck. I watch the video and if I select to download directly on the HP printer, the printer shows that there are no updates.
