HP Officejet Pro 9025 - TH09C760WY - I'm trying to update the drivers - I downloaded the package HPEasyStart-13.4.8-OJP9020_49_10_4644_2_Webpack and it starts running - I'm now stuck at a popup screen stating "The password you entered was incorrect. To protect your security, the sign in session has been locked. Please try again later." When I click on OK button, I am then asked to "sign in to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series - no clue what's expected here as I'm not aware of ever setting a "password" to access this printer
I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to update my drivers, please thanks you Jamie

guess I was finally able to fix my own problem when I "found" the following: HPEasyStart_16_3_6
this installed as expected and now I can scan again - problem resolved - no clue what the original issue was but I'm past it now so, never mind
