I have a new windows 10 computer (Lenovo IdeaCentre A540) and an HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer (which I have had for several years). From the new PC I setup the printer using Windows Settings>Printers and Scanners. It found my HP printer, I clicked “Manage” > “Printer preferences” which opened the “HP Officejet Pro 8610 Printer Preferences” window. Here I find only two media options: “plain paper”, “glossy paper”.
On my old PC, which still runs, the same process gives me many media options (including card stock) plus a “Printing Shortcut” tab with various options. How can I get these additional printer setup options on my new PC?
Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
