I have go through some questions and problems via the posts.
I have HP Easy Start downloaded, but there is no sufficient walkthrough.
In some website, it is constructed not to link to any cable but only the power, but when I disconnect the USB cable, it shows that the printer is offline. I can print when I use the USB cable but I wish to connect so I can print wirelessly.
There is a little window pop up when I use "HP Easy Star"
I have no idea what to put in the user name or the password
I have tried my own user name and pw but it is not working
I saw some forums suggesting airprint, but I do not see this option in the settings
I also tried the virtual agent, but when I select MAC
it shows some "believe to be" windows icons which is not even relevant...
I had been trying for hours
There is no guidelines in how do I know what the user name or the pw are
I wish for some walkthrough for it
Thank you!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
I believe we can use HP Easy start application and auto wireless connect feature to connect the printer to your home wireless network. Let's try these steps:
1.) On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button
at the same time for 5 seconds. (This steps will restore default wireless settings on the printer and enable Auto Wireless connect. Immediately continue to the next step to install the software. You have approximately 120 minutes to complete the software setup using the HP auto wireless connect feature.)
2.) Download and run HP Easy start from here.
3.) Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home wireless network.
Let me know how it goes!
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
